About Ms. Kay

One of Ms. Kay’s greatest joys is teaching young children music in a gentle, fun, and engaging way. With years of teaching and homeschooling experience and a deep love for nurturing children in both character and creativity, she creates a warm environment where students can grow in skill, confidence, perseverance, and artistry.

Watching a beginning student grow into a confident, expressive pianist brings Ms. Kay great joy. She considers each student’s learning journey one year at a time and helps each child feel accomplished, step by step.

Learning music is a marathon, not a race. We are in this together for the long haul.
