Recital Participation

Recitals give students an opportunity to share their growth in a welcoming performance setting. Grandparents, friends, and other guests are warmly invited to attend recitals. Regular lessons remain instructional time rather than performances or family gatherings.

Photos and Recordings

Little Masterpiece Musicians regularly photographs and records lessons, recitals, celebrations, music meet-ups, and studio events to document students’ growth, celebrate their accomplishments, and share the joyful story of our studio community.

Studio media may be used for educational and business purposes, including providing lesson snippets to parents, keeping videos as a timeline and milestone gauge of growth and progress, family and studio communications, the studio website and blog, award and achievement posts, social media, printed materials, handbooks, advertising, and promotions.

One or two main studio group-class pictures may be used each year on the main studio website in a yearbook-style feature.

Families who have concerns about their student appearing in public-facing studio media are welcome to contact Ms. Kay privately in writing. Personal contact information and sensitive identifying details will never be publicly shared.

Outside guests or a recital venue may also photograph or record an event. Media created by people outside the studio is beyond Ms. Kay’s control.

Treats and Allergies

When treats are offered at a recital or studio event, the family’s treat permission and the student’s food-allergy information will be followed.
